Our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility reflects not just the values and principles that underpin our organisation, but also our responsibility to clients, our people and the needs of our local community.

We are committed to:

  • having a positive impact on the community in which we work.
  • raising awareness amongst our staff of environmental issues and minimise our impact on the environment.
  • ensuring we attract and retain staff as well as be considered a good employer.
  • ensuring respect and fairness in all our dealings with clients and suppliers.

Local Community

Community

Over the last year, clubs and charities in our local community have found it increasingly difficult to maintain the level of support they have previously enjoyed. What happens in our local community directly effects our employees and we are committed to supporting these organisations through company sponsorship and through individual's fundraising efforts.

Environment

Environment

We are committed to raising awareness amongst our employees of environmental issues and to ensuring that we limit our impact on the environment. In order to support this, we are now registered with the Eco-Active Business Environmental Scheme in Jersey and are currently developing an action plan of initiatives in energy saving, waste, water and procurement in order to improve our carbon footprint.
