The charity we choose to support locally is the Jersey Hospice Care, it receives no funding from the States of Jersey and relies entirely on the generosity of the local community and businesses to raise the funds that are needed to keep it running on a daily basis which is approximately £6,000 a day.
We suppprt the charity regularly throughout the year with sponsorship of events such as the annual Jersey Hospice Golf Tournament and through individual's participation in events such as 'The Ultimate Plunge' and the Jersey Marathon.
In addition, we also actively support The Pure Charity Coffee Shop, located in St Helier, Jersey, which is an entirely charitable venture run by volunteers where all its net profit's go straight to charity - 80% of its net profits are donated to Jersey Hospice Care and the remaining 20% to the Ecce Homo Trust.
