Ben Cooke is the founder and CEO of Dominion. Ben is the driving force behind the group and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business. Dominion benefits hugely from his in-depth knowledge and practical experience as a Chartered Accountant, with more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Ben has a particular depth of experience in the area of compensation planning for private and publicly owned businesses.

Ben was previously a Director of the Corporate Fund and Employee Benefit Group at Ernst & Young Trust Co. and prior to that, a manager with Deloitte. Ben is a keen sportsman and takes part in various cycling events including the E’tape du Tour, the amateur stage of the Tour de France and triathlon events of varying distances.
