Consultant

Jonathan Crowther is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser who has been a consultant with Dominion since January 2004. He was responsible for developing the 0/10 proposal for the States of Jersey, under which companies pay tax at 0%, apart from financial services businesses, which pay at 10%.

Jonathan joined a predecessor of Ernst & Young in 1973 and stayed until 1986, when he moved to PwC. In 1993 he joined Abbey International, from where he came to Dominion.
