Director

Garry Toy is a Director at Dominion, having joined in May 2009. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners.

Before joining Dominion, Garry worked as a Client Services Director with Bank of Bermuda in Hamilton, Bermuda and Royal Bank of Canada in Jersey.

Garry has travelled extensively to further clients' planning and business objectives, giving him a broad knowledge of jurisdiction-specific legislation and policy as it relates to the use of offshore structuring.

He is a former president of the Bermuda Anglers' Club (still holding the Bermuda record for Atlantic Sailfish) and a keen cyclist: this year he is taking on the Etape du Tour (an event for amateur riders, who race over a full stage of the Tour de France).
