Rose joined Dominion in April 2017. She has particular expertise in trust re-structuring, sometimes driven by changing client needs and at other times shifting regulatory landscapes.
Rose qualified as a lawyer of England and Wales at Slaughter and May, one of London’s most prestigious corporate law firms. Rose has considerable experience in managing trust structures: reviewing asset profiles, assessing the most efficient administration for entities and adapting structures as the tides of legal regulations ebb and flow.
Rose’s involvement in trusts extends to the charitable sector: she is a trustee for an arts charity and worked with in-house counsel at The British Museum when she lived in London. She has also an Associate Fellow (in History) at the University of Cambridge.
When not in the office, Rose may be found summiting Alpine peaks, scaling rocky crags or doing triathlon.
