Assistant Manager - Operational Risk Management

The Operational Risk Management function provides independent support to the various other functions within Dominion to ensure synergy in the operation of the firm’s business activities.

Warwick’s role is to identify and evaluate risk areas across the operational activities of Dominion, covering all of our operating worldwide offices. This is achieved by assessing the performance of the systems, controls, processes and procedures in place and recommending/implementing changes to improve areas of the business whilst highlighting and mitigating arising risks to senior management. He reports to the Operations Director/Group Chairman and regularly attends and provides reporting at Board Meetings and Committees.

Prior to Operational Risk Management Warwick worked in the Dominion Jersey Compliance function for 6 years. Since moving into the Operations role, he has retained his role as Deputy Compliance Officer, Deputy MLRO and Deputy MLCO of the Dominion Jersey office.

During his time at Dominion Warwick has gained good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Jersey, Swiss and Maltese financial sectors. He had extensive involvement in Dominion’s expansion into Switzerland, during which time he gained project management experience and exposure to cultural challenges.

He has obtained the STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management, the ICA International Advanced Certificate in Compliance and the ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. He also has completed the Institute of Financial Studies Diploma in Financial Studies. Additionally, in 2018, Warwick successfully passed the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

In his spare time Warwick enjoys travelling, keeping fit and is an avid sports fan.
